Functioning princip
Each deburring machine is composed of : 1 deburring cell, with 1 robot (receiving the head(s) or carrying the part), and 1 tank (receiving the deburring water or oil) 1 pump (Very or Ultra High Pressure) 1 vacuum system for the vacuum of the mists (except for submerged deburring applications) 1 water treatment or oil system in option 1 system for the supply of the parts. Process description An operator or a robot loads the parts on the parts supports outside of the machine. The part(s) arrives in the cell via a transfer (see description below). The robot deburrs the part(s) inside the cell. After the deburring, the part(s) is forwarded outside of the cell, and then unloaded by an operator or a robot.
Note : the part can be carried by the robot. In this case, the deburring head(s) is positioned in the tank. Different types of parts supply systems, depending on the production requirements Rotating transfers 'L' or 'O' shaped linear transfers Double-drawer transfers Transfers with 2 inner ways and 1 outer way.
Specificities that make the difference Modular range, thanks to the different possible types of parts supply, The same machine may be used for different types of parts, For complex parts, the robot may be fitted with at least 2 different tools, User-friendly (2 levels of use : production and intervention : menus developed for the specific needs of the application), The advantage of investing in an equipment not dedicated exclusively to one type of production, Possibility to connect the machines to a local workshop network.
Example of application Ultra High Pressure operation on injection parts 2 deburring heads 2 parts are deburred simultaneously Parts carried by a Stäubli RX90 robot Application with high production level.
