The parts programming include the CAD files study, the off-line programming, the programming on the machine (with tests), such as the adjustment on the production site.
Basis of the programming can be the part itself or the CAD files of the part.
Each program is linked to a specific part tooling.

Simulation 

Simulation softwares based on the use of the CAD files
Allow rapid graphic generation and simulation of the trajectories in the robot language

Functionalities 

Definition of trajectories on the part, tool/part distance (i.e. orientation, offset, etc.) and program sequence.
Robot program adjustment (dynamic parameters : speed, acceleration, etc.),
Graphic program simulation with collisions detection.
