The second hand waterjet machine consists in:

• Easily transferable, compact and completely one-piece welded construction
• Station designed to receive one Stäubli RX130 robot on ceiling version
• One cutting station, with one water jet receptacle on which the fixture will be positioned
• Receptacle designed to collect the water muds and scraps, connected with the suction unit
• All sides are closed by side panels
• A roof covering all the surface of the machine
• 1 automatic roll-up door in the front side of each cell and light curtains secure the loading/unloading area
• 1 "UHP" sensor to detect the jet availibility and to confirm tool calibration
• 1 lighting inside the cell
• 1 electrical cabinet. The I/O and the automatism are managed by the robot controllers
• 1 operator console unit for cycle management, near the work station, outfitted with a start button and emergency switch
• Overall dimensions: L 2700 x W2000 x H 3100 ( without robot control units and pump)
• Machine color : BLUE RAL 5012
